**About The Opportunity**
Our client's operations are based in one of the most stunning locations in the country. Queenstown is at the very heart of a dynamic southern community. This complex organisation has a central role to play in maintaining and enhancing the quality and livability of the outstanding environment of the southern lakes district. Their services are broad and far reaching and essential to the people in the region.

The Quality Advisor is responsible for assuring that all technical standards and operational processes are compliant and optimally positioned for the future.

Key duties include:
**Quality Leadership - **Leading the quality assurance and continual improvement process.

**Accreditation Management - **Ensuring accreditation regulations are being complied with and taking responsibility for successful IANZ accreditation process and assessments.

**People Leadership - **Providing support and mentoring for a quality assurance officer.

**Planning & Development** - Ensuring future and current services are legislatively compliant and fit for purpose and are provided with timely, balanced, and pragmatic technical services advice and guidance.

**Process Improvement -** Provision of leadership to promote and champion improvements to business processes and systems implemented as part of department’s work programme.

To be considered you will need;
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant area
- 8+ years’ relevant experience in quality management and continuous improvement
- Have proven experience planning and guiding a complex department or company through a robust accreditation process
- A current valid Class 1 motor vehicle license.
