**About The Opportunity**

The Quality Advisor is responsible for assuring that all technical standards and operational processes are compliant and optimally positioned for the future.
Key duties include:
**Quality Leadership - **Leading the quality assurance and continual improvement process.
**Accreditation Management - **Ensuring accreditation regulations are being complied with and taking responsibility for successful IANZ accreditation process and assessments.
**People Leadership - **Providing support and mentoring for a quality assurance officer.
**Planning & Development** - Ensuring future and current services are legislatively compliant and fit for purpose and are provided with timely, balanced, and pragmatic technical services advice and guidance.
**Process Improvement -** Provision of leadership to promote and champion improvements to business processes and systems implemented as part of department’s work programme.
**About You**

We are looking for someone with the skills, experience, and confidence to take the next step in their career, who will feel rewarded by making a tangible contribution to the ongoing success and sustainability of the Queenstown Lakes region and its community. To be considered you will need;
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant area
- 8+ years’ relevant experience in quality management and continuous improvement
- Have proven experience planning and guiding a complex department or company through a robust accreditation process
- A current valid Class 1 motor vehicle license.
