Stay Queenstown Ltd is a property management company located in Queenstown, South Island.
We provide long-term property management and short-term accommodation arrangements.
We now need one Property Manager to help us to provide top-quality service.
This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

The job involves the following tasks and duties: 
·      Advertise the property onto different platforms (website and trademe, etc)
·      Schedule viewing times
·      Screen tenants and shortlist them to present to landlords
·      Communicate and explain tenancy agreement conditions to tenants
·      Deal with requests enquires and complaints from short-term accommodation guests
·      Keep up to date with tenancy law and other relevant legislations
·      Review rent when appropriate
·      Follow up on rent arrears (record all notifications)
·      Carry out regular inspections/ keep log of inspections
·      Send notices for rent arrears
·      Prepare case/evidence for Tenancy Tribunal filing or submission
·      Action appropriate legal procedures
·      Send regular reports to landlords
·      Keep records of all expenses inherent to landlords
·      Report to director or manager on a weekly basis
·      Liaise with landlords or potential landlords
·      Maintain accurate data entries
·      Liaise with tradespeople, cleaners and other service professionals
·      Source out new service professionals if not on company list
·      Manage and ensure that jobs are done professionally and within the expected time frame
·      Direct maintenance team to appropriate tasks / monitor their performance
·      Ensure that all expenses inherent to landlords are properly accounted for
You should have at least two-year relevant work experience, or relevant certificate, or Bachelor Degree in any major
You should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
You should be able to work during the weekend and sometimes at the evening.
You should have good attention to detail and good time management skills
