A multi-site leadership opportunity, manage the sales and marketing function across two high-performing luxury Hotels within the Accor network in Queenstown: Hotel St Moritz by MGallery, and Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa.
- Secure revenues through a coordinated sales approach that respects each brand identity and business objectives
- Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
- Prepare and implement promotional marketing initiatives, creating material for use across the Hotel's designated channels
- Lead on-site coordination of MICE groups with Operations teams
- Attend Tradeshows and lead attend, and manage hosted events
- Manage and lead in showcasing each hotel, adhering to brand standards and lead the delivery of site inspections
- Develop and lead your team of co-ordinators
- Maintain effective communication with wider Sales functions in the Region providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of market strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activities
- Maintain existing customer base to ensure their business is retained.

**Person Specifications**
- Minimum two years Sales and Marketing experience, preferably within a five star environment
- Experience within Conferencing and Events delivery
- Experience within Hotel operations would be beneficial
- Maintains awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation
- Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily
- Organises time and work efficiently
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Accor.
