In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, managing guest accounts, and providing exceptional service to guests throughout the night.** **Sofitel Wellington is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the vibrant city, where sophistication meets exceptional service. As a night auditor at our renowned establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and impeccable service that our guests have come to expect.** - Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of guest accounts and financial transactions. - Verify and balance all departments' daily revenue, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies. - Prepare reports summarizing the hotel's financial activities for the day. - Address guest inquiries and requests during the night shift, providing courteous and efficient service. - Check-in late-arriving guests and assist with the check-out process for early departures. - Monitor security systems, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and the property. - Coordinate with other departments to address any issues or concerns that arise during the night. - Maintain a professional and hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests and team members. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in night audit or front office operations preferred. - Strong numerical and analytical skills to accurately balance accounts and perform financial calculations. - Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. - Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. - Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts. - Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies when necessary.
