Service Administrator

We are seeking a mature minded person to join our service department team. We have experienced continuous growth over the last couple of years and are now looking at expansion so are in need of another team member to keep the momentum going.

This is a varied role so there is no risk of ever getting bored You will assist with coordinating service bookings and workflow for the workshop so that they can efficiently service and repair the customers vehicles. You will need to be able to juggle tasks but always ensuring that processes are followed to ensure nothing is missed. Customer service is also a huge focus. You will have a natural ability to engage with people from different walks of life and to really understand what going the extra mile means.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven previous experience in administration / customer service roles. You will have good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and most importantly have initiative and a can do attitude. Working in a large team you will get along with people from all backgrounds and will be able to remain calm under pressure.
