**Our client**:

**The role**:
As a full-time Client Advisor in their Auckland CBD store, you will work alongside a high performing team to uphold the highest level of luxury client service standards. Utilising your training you will build & maintain your own client base, allowing you to excel with your individual sales targets & KPIs.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Have 2+ years retail sales experience within luxury or high-end retail
- Have a confident yet gentle customer approach
- Take pride in your self presentation both physically and verbally, inline with the extremely high end luxury environment
- Have seamless storytelling & communication skills - you are confidentiality able to take your clients on an end to end journey
- Come with existing personal knowledge of luxury brands & products
- Have experience managing your own VIP network of customers
