Description
We are looking for a detailed-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly team at our head office in Manukau who is available on weekends
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Process all inwards stock to the warehouse, counting and checking quantities and product codes against consignment documentation and ensuring that stock is correctly entered into warehouse stock records.
- Perform all scanning and paperwork related to stock orders on a daily basis, accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse, ensuring products are neatly and safely stacked at all times and that stock is stored in the correct locations in the warehouse.
- Stack and store products safely and neatly to avoid damage to stock and equipment.
- Investigate all discrepancies identified on warehouse transactions, identify reasons for inaccuracy and report as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
- Have previous warehouse experience (not essential).
- Hard-working, passionate, and committed to business excellence.
- Heavy lifting may be required.
