What we're looking for are skilled barbers with past customer service, A barber who is ambitious about what they do well and most importantly someone who has good time management. The Fade Creators has 3 available spots full-time for anyone keen.

**Responsibility：**

- Should know every kind of fade, scissors cut, cut-throat, beard/ moustache trim, shape and shave

- Comfortable using all clippers and scissors work (traditional and modern)

- Washing and conditioning clients' hair

- providing hair treatments and colouring

- Cutting and trimming hair according to the client's instructions

- Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients

- Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients

- Time management skills to complete client services in an efficient and timely manner

- Able to work flexible days and hours

- Good under pressure in a busy environment

- ensuring that combs, scissors, razors and other instruments are cleaned and sanitised after each use

**Terms and Conditions**:

- Employment Type: Full time, permanent

- Hours: minimum of 30 hours maximum 45 hours per week

- Pay Rate: *$26 - $30 per hour depending on the quality of your experience

- Work location: Manukau, Auckland

- Start Date: Immediate or by agreement

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional barber experience (No formal qualification required)

- Should be drug/alcohol and crime-free

- Should speak basic English

- Applicants must be able to work weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicants will work based on a weekly roster. The opening hours of the barbershop are between 9 am and 7 pm. The minimum weekly work hours will be 30, but the employee must be flexible and able to work additional hours, up to a total of 45 hours a week, rostered over 5 or 6 days a week, Monday to Sunday. The roster may include full days, 9 am to 6 pm, or half days, such as 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm.
