We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and step up as a Senior Service Facilitator in the Southern team for a Secondment As a senior member of the team, you will help drive operational efficiencies by guiding and supporting team members and leading shifts. This is a Secondment position, Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm based in our Albany office until June 2026

A sample of responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Coaching and providing guidance to Service Facilitators alongside the Team Leader and Manager
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members
- Assist the Team Leaders and Managers to provide quality support and day to day running on the After Hours team
- Maintenance of accurate and comprehensive Customer records in the CMS and workforce systems as required
- Monitor and identify any potential risks or changes to client/support worker wellbeing
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team
- Conducting training to maximise their potential
- Developing and implementing achievable timelines to achieve targets
- Delegating tasks to team members

- Strong organisational skills to give the team direction
- Must have been in your current role for a minimum of 12 months.
- Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and show resilience
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritse
- Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to solve complex issues
- Able to promote and demonstrate Healthcare New Zealand values
