**About the Role**
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Christchurch Sales team.
This role is responsible for ongoing Business Sales team support by providing a link between Sales and Service, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Assist Sales with completion of deals and follow through
- Provide ongoing service and support to Customers
- Assist with organising sales demonstrations for new clients when requested
- Assist with proof-reading and formatting Sales Proposals, where relevant
- Assist the Sales Team in compiling and submitting weekly progress reports
- Provide any support required by Regional Sales Manager
- Ensure compliance around the business processes
**About You**
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales environment
- Ability to understand and follow business processes and methodologies
- Attention to detail and action oriented
- Time management and ability to execute tasks effectively
- Outstanding communications capability, verbal and non-verbal
- Establishes strong long-term relationships with customers (internal and external)
- Creative mindset and prepared to go outside the square
