**The Role**

This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, where you will lead a team of technical leaders, functional specialists, developers, integration specialists, and support analysts, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The main responsibilities of this role include..
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration services to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Ensure services are resilient, provide maximum uptime, and have planned maintenance windows.
- Lead a team of Team Leaders, functional specialists, developers, integration specialists, and support analysts providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure best practice frameworks in place to support efficient, timely and collaborative delivery of services.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require
- Strong and proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive experience with SAP and integration services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation
- Able to communicate with IS and wider business at all levels of organisation hierarchy
- Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities or environment
- Can provide considered and proactive input to operational teams and processes to help foster a culture of support and improvement.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly regarded in this role and you will ideally have 10 years of experience in SAP management and integration services experience, preferably in manufacturing or diary.
