**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

**Mōu | Who You Are**

You will be an experienced professional with at least 4-5 years' experience designing and delivering harmful sexual behaviour prevention and response initiatives. You will hold a Bachelor's degree (NZQA Level 7) in Health Sciences, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work or a related field. You will also have:

- Skilled knowledge of harmful sexual behaviour prevention theory and practice.
- Experience in service delivery development and case advising practitioners related to risk management and support provision
- Proven ability to design and facilitate education, training and professional development for a wide range of audiences.
- Experience coaching staff and communicating effectively with young adults.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain community, sector and stakeholder relationships.
- Active commitment to UC values and cultural practices, with te reo Māori competency an advantage.

You will work within the Equity and Inclusion team, collaborating with student support services, faculties, accommodation providers, and external organisations. You'll engage with students and staff across UC to foster a safe, inclusive and equitable environment.
