**The role**

This role supports the Accounts Payable Manager - working across the business as a trusted partner. You will deliver effective, efficient solutions to process all inbound transactions and resolve all invoicing and credit exceptions. Direct collaboration with vendors, internal teams and stores to identify, monitor and eliminate the root cause of inefficiencies will be a key to success.

As the Inbound Exception manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring day to day inbound documents are processed and available for payment timely, accurately and in accordance with internal processes and agreed terms.
- Lead, inspire and engage a team of 11 that are based in 2 locations in the North Island.

**About you**

With a proven track record of developing and driving teams to achieve stretch targets, you’ll be an Inspirational leader who has come from a high-volume processing background with at least 2-3 years experience in management in a large organisation with a financial shared services focus.
