A temporary Purchasing and Payments Advisor role, working for a established government agency.

**Your new company**
This government owned agency, is well established across New Zealand for their services towards regulation, policies, digital public service, and operations. They have a number of exceptional services and is dedicated to offering its people a challenging and diverse career. Due to the market growth, a temporary Purchasing and Payments Advisor is needed to join the team in the Wellington office.

**Your new role**
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of tasks, such as: managing blocked invoices, review open purchase orders, PO creation, contract agreements approvals and provide purchasing advise. Providing excellent servicing to internal clients and to your team, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:

- Proven administrative experience in a supply, procurement, or accounts payable.
- Meticulous and very organised to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in operating databases.
- Customer service experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- An eye for detail and proactive.
