**About the role**
As a Delivery Analyst in the Digital Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful delivery of Digital initiatives. Working closely with Delivery teams, and stakeholders, you will:

- Contribute to the planning, coordination, execution and reporting of initiatives
- Provide support to ensure the delivery of outcomes within time / cost expectations
- Develop guidance to drive the consistent usage of delivery tools, improving the quality of reporting & insights.
- Use a combination of project coordination skills, technical understanding of delivery toolsets, and effective communication to support delivery success.

This is an excellent pathway to a career in the delivery/project space for the right person. This varied role, will keep you busy, constantly learning and will provide you with the opportunity to take ownership of your work, while being supported by your Digital Delivery team colleagues.

**Who we are looking for**
Attitude is everything and for this role you must have a willingness to learn, be intuitive, self driven, self aware and customer focused with excellent communication skills. Other desirable skills for this role are:

- Some knowledge and experience in Jira/Confluence, Office 365. Jira administration and/or Power BI experience would be advantageous.
- Basic technical knowledge to effectively engage with various digital teams
- Be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to operate autonomously
- Skills in facilitation, critical thinking and design thinking are an advantage
