Station Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Station Manager **to lead our **Auckland Airport **team on a **full time** basis.

In this challenging role you will oversee the operations of the station and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet and driving revenue growth.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Lead Auckland Airport operations in alignment with Europcar's values
- Manage station costs to meet financial targets
- Oversee all aspects of staff management, including recruitment and performance
- Train and mentor staff to develop their sales and customer service skills, fostering a high performance culture
- Enhance vehicle utilisation and fleet availability
- Drive revenue growth and minimise expenses
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience
- Ensure accurate and compliant station administration

**To be considered for this position you should possess**:

- Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
- Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
- The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
- Some fleet management experience (highly desirable)
- Valid New Zealand driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
