- **Fixed term position from 9 September 2025 to 13 March 2026**:

- ** 24 hours per week working Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights**:

- **10.00pm to 6.30am with 30 minute unpaid meal break**

**About the Role**
Are you looking to contribute to the community in a meaningful way? Join our dedicated and hard-working Environmental Services Department and help maintain our facilities, while providing a suitable environment for our tūroro (patients) and whānau.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Completing all cleaning tasks to international healthcare standards
- Ensuring daily schedules and tasks are completed within set timeframes
- Operating and maintaining equipment safely around patients and whānau
- Handling cleaning solutions in accordance with safety protocols

**About you**

**Skills and Experience**:

- High level of patient confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience as a cleaner, particularly within health, is preferred but not essential.
