**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in proper working condition.
- Handle basic repairs and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
- Perform tagging and testing of equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the facility.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members.
- Assist in coordinating with external contractors for larger maintenance projects.

- Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., electrical license, trade certification) preferred.
