**Requirements**:
Operations

**Actions**:

- Allocate staff according to the contract specification requirements and in consultation with Branch Operations Manager.
- Fill in for staff, including evenings and weekends where required if no other cover is available.
- Report any absenteeism issues impacting coverage that will impact the customer.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact list of casual relief staff.
- Recruitment of new cleaning staff, with the direct approval of the Branch Operations Manager.
- To be available to attend to emergencies as and when they occur.
- Stocktake and place consumer orders with Branch Operations Manager.

**Measures**:

- Adequate staff coverage exists at all times.
- Rosters completed regularly. Supervisor to meet and discuss needs with Branch Operations Manager to ensure clients are serviced and if necessary, Supervisor to work on sites to cover staff shortages.
- Absenteeism issues properly identified, reported, and followed up.
- Adequate backup exists at all times.
- Adequate numbers of staff are available and retained and all are fully trained at all times.
- Emergencies attended to.
- Correct ordering processes and approvals followed with optimum stock levels are maintained.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Requirements**:

- Cleaning experience
- Customer focused
- People person
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate to a wide range of people including cleaners and management.
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Proven ability to create and develop a high-performing team
- Flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Clean, Full NZ Driver Licence
- Must be able to pass a criminal conviction check
- Well-groomed and well-presented for continual client contact
