You will need to have some flexible availability during school hours (8am-4pm Monday to Friday) for this role, a driver's licence and own vehicle.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our relationships with schools and school groups in the **Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough region.**

You will be expected to record details of your work as you go, and provide quarterly reports to the School Services Manager on the progress of the project.

We are looking for someone with superb organisational and communication skills and outstanding knowledge of the challenges faced by sexual, sex, and gender minorities. Experience in facilitation and previous experience working with young people and schools is strongly desired. You are self-motivated with strong time management skills, and will work to uphold the vision and values of the organisation. This includes a strengths based approach to youth work.

**We are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and honouring mātauranga Māori and tikanga Māori. Our preference is for someone who shares these commitments, and either has a strong understanding of te ao Māori, or is willing to learn.
