**Range of Duties**:

- 1.
- Ensure all freight is sorted accurately to areas/branches/couriers
- 2.
- The depot is set-up ready for Fleet/PCL/Day-Runs/ON and kept in a clean, organized, efficient state
- 3.
- Assist with loading/unloading of Inbound Trucks/Containers
- 4.
- Ensure all Inbound freight is sorted accurately
- 5.
- Ensure any urgent/mdx/damaged/pre-alerted/late or other exception freight is scanned and processed
- 6.
- Supervision of all staff in the operational area, including rostering of staff, providing resource, and monitoring of staff performance and behavior.

- Identify and manage any staff training requirements to ensure full compliance
- Compliance to ACC Regulations and NZ Couriers Health and Safety Policy
