**Key responsibilities**:

- Foster positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate customer needs.
- Audit compliance in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies are cutting-edge.
- Expertise in overseeing internal and jobsite HSE systems and procedures.
