Description
- Maintain and improve PB Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Ensure appropriate tools, incident reporting & investigation, hazard management systems and audit schedules are in place and being used effectively as per plans.
- Organize and provide work place Health & Safety training to PB staff and managers
- Keep up to date with developments, trends and initiatives within the field of expertise and share with the team.
- Work as the main contact person with external agents such as ACC and WorkSafe.
- Provide quality advice, support and guidance to Managers’, building their capability in HS & E management. Demonstrate leadership in HS&E through consultation and engagement

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Practical/working knowledge of NZ Health & Safety regulations, WorkSafe policies, guidelines, and ACC procedures
- Relevant experience in Retailing industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, able to partner with people at all levels of the business.
- “Can do” and hands on attitude
- Nationwide travel is required from time to time
