**About the Role**

**Skills and Attributes**
- Relevant experience in draughting in New Zealand companies or new graduate
- Experience in producing architectural drawings to industry standard
- A relevant Draughting qualification with skills in Autodesk Revit
- Basic or intermediate understanding of BIM practices and processes
- Understanding of NZBC and New Zealand standards with proven experience in their use
- A keen thirst for knowledge of modern construction techniques
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic with experience working within a team
- Self-motivated, pro-active problem solving ability
