We are looking to recruit a full-time commercial cleaner for weekdays, evenings and weekend

Shifts in the greater Christchurch area, Canterbury.

Duties may include the following:

- Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean carpets, furniture edges and corners.
- Dust, Damp wipe, sanitise and polish sills, ledge fixtures, fitting and furniture.
- Steam cleaning of carpets, mats and furnishings.
- Machine scrub, strip and polish, buffing and burnishing.
- Spot clean, blade clean internal and external glass.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules at all times
- Taking customer feedback and passing it on to management to improve service delivery
- Checking supplies regularly and ensuring adequate supplies at all times
- Driving to different work sites
- Any other related duties to ensure excellent services

Skills and experience for the role:

- Have the ability to work rostered hours in the evenings and weekends
- Good communication and people skills
- Physically fit
- Quick learner
- Be reliable and punctual
- Possess a can-do attitude
- Have a good work ethic
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Consistently follow all work-safe practices with the use of chemicals, etc
- Provide positive work reference

Minimum 30 hours per week.

Applicants should be New Zealand citizens/residents or valid work visa holders.
