**Job Title: Commercial Cleaner**
**Location: Christchurch, New Zealand**
** (Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed)**
**Pay Range: $24 - $30 per hour**

**Work Hours**:

- Shifts between **7:00 AM and 02:00 AM (midnight)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vacuuming** carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
- **Dusting, cleaning, and polishing** furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- **Emptying rubbish bins** and handling recyclable materials.
- **Floor maintenance** - stripping wax, re-waxing, and polishing.
- **Cleaning and disinfecting** laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies, and reporting defective plumbing.
- **Operating industrial cleaning machines, including scrubbing machines and vacuum cleaners**.
- **Removing dust and dirt** from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures.

**Requirements**:

- **Ability to operate heavy-duty cleaning machines** such as scrubbing machines.
- **A valid driver's license** is required.
- **Availability for weekend and late-night shifts**.
- **Must pass a pre-employment drug test**.
