To help us continue delivering awesome customer experiences we are looking for two part-time Customer Experience Representatives. The training will be during business hours Monday - Friday. After the training we'll adjust your hours to your availability/studies.

- You'll respond to all sorts of customer support enquiries - members might have hit a wall with a trade or need someone to walk them through a solution.

- We show Customer Aroha through fast, helpful service, in a Trade Me way.

So far so good? What we're looking for from you is:

- Ideally 2 years experience using Trade Me would be great but it's not a deal breaker - if you have the right attitude we can teach you what you need to know.
- A proven team player who proactively assists other team members, shares ideas, and contributes to goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - customer empathy will also come naturally.
- Hunger to investigate, resolve and respond to customer support enquiries - you'll have a real knack for problem-solving and a natural desire to go above and beyond.
- Familiar and confident working with technology with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.

The ideal start date for this role is Monday 7 March and it'll be for at least 4 weeks. The recruitment process for this role will be a quick one way video screen, a virtual panel interview and ref checks.
