**Your new company**

The company is based in West Auckland and specialises in artificial grass. They have a team of 20 people and we are growing every year. Their goal is to help Kiwis enjoy their backyards without the hassle of mud, maintenance, and mowing. They supply and install artificial grass for various clients, including families, pets, ECE’s, schools, and commercial spaces. They create beautiful, low-maintenance & safe areas with synthetic grass. They also care about the environment. Unlike their competitors, they recycle all their offcuts and plant more trees as they expand their business. They are committed to reducing our carbon footprint as their company and trees grow.

**Your new role**

As a direct report to the National Sales Manager, you will help us achieve the company's sales targets. You will use your industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with your clients. You will also handle the requests from customers who contact us directly for a quote. Their sales support team will assist you by managing your calendar and booking your appointments. You will work with an amazing managing director, who will guide you and help you succeed. There is to be a lot of room for growth and career development as he takes on a more supervisory role.

You will be...
- Providing on-site consultations to clients
- Drawing up plans & quotes to present to customers using industry-leading software
- Following up on quotes and closing deals
- Hitting your monthly sales targets with ease
- Capturing video and photos to document the project being quoted

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade F2F Sales (in the same or similar industry is an added advantage)
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with different sales techniques & methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
