We are seeking multiple experienced System Engineers to join our team, working on an exciting new project to design and deliver a world-class, large-scale land mobile network solution for our customers. The role will be based in our Christchurch office.

**About you** Your effectiveness in the role will be strongly determined by your attitude and demonstration of a professional approach in all aspects of your work. You will be a clear communicator in both written and oral form, and show strong commitment to achieving agreed outcomes and ensuring a great customer experience.

**Experience Level Required**

You will have previously worked and proven your capability in system engineering and project roles on wireless communications design and delivery projects

You will have experience in one or more of the following domains:

- Customer requirements analysis and elaboration
- LMR network architectures for reliability and resiliency
- RF systems engineering (frequency planning, capacity modelling, coverage)
- Transmission and linking networks (wireless/wired, IP based)
- IT systems, equipment, and security/
- End-user radio equipment and configuration
- End-user migration and change management

**Will have**
- An Engineering or technical degree in a related field
- Training or qualifications in systems engineering or similar
- At least 3-5 years in mobile communications systems or project engineering roles
