Mitre 10 MEGA Tauranga is a local family owned and operated business We are a diverse and growing company, with a vision to provide great quality products and the best value and expertise to enable our customers to have an affordable and easy DIY experience.

This role will be based in the **Building Zone**, where your main responsibility will be **checking customers’ vehicles (cars and utes) for receipts** to ensure all items have been paid for. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our team and customers, helping to prevent loss and uphold store policies.

**Loss Prevention/Security: Wednesday to Saturday with a total of 40 hours per week**

**This is a Fixed-Term role ending January 2026.**

What we need from you:

- Ability to identify suspicious behaviour and potential security risks quickly and accurately
- Trustworthy and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Works well with store staff and management to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Full New Zealand Driver's License
- Experience with CCTV is an advantage
- Computer literate
