**What will you do as a Regional Dairy Administrator at Aurora?**

In the newly created role as **Regional Dairy Administrator**, your main responsibility will be to oversee the operational administration of our 7 dairy farms situated in the Canterbury and Otago regions of New Zealand. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager also based in New Zealand.

This role will involve a combination of working from home, working at the regional office (location to be determined), and on farm. Our Administration team is spread across Australia and New Zealand and works collaboratively. The position is available on both a part-time (minimum 4 days) and full-time basis and working hours can be flexible across the working week to accommodate your needs.

**Key responsibilities**
- Preparing and completion of monthly and annual reports on financial and physical aspects of the New Zealand Portfolio.
- Onboard new starters in our Payroll and Safety systems and provide support to new starters in your region.
- Direct, tracking and ensuring completion of all Weekly and Monthly Checklists in compliance with the Safety requirements.
- Review, monitor and book employee’s training requirements regarding Health and Safety Licences and Safety Courses, as well as personal development requirements.
- New system training rollout and support.
- Return to work coordination as required.
- Support the Regional Manager and Farm Managers with Capex projects and manage council relationships and administration where required.

- You bring basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).

- You hold a valid driver licence and a reliable vehicle.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the farm staff and corporate staff.

- You have a passion for the dairy industry.
- Must have full New Zealand Working Rights.
