**The Brand**:
A leading luxury retailer with an established global presence with over 50 boutiques across Asia, Australia New Zealand. You’ll be joining the world’s leading watch retailer offering a unique experience to its customers. Our client is opening a brand-new boutique in the heart of the
**Queenstown CBD**. You’ll be joining a brand that is supportive and passionate about what they do and are seeking like-minded leaders to join their team.

- Base Salary $80k - $100k+ depending on experience

**The Job**:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the new store including building and coaching a brand new team, as well as but not limited to:

- Providing high-end service to your clients and building long-term relationships
- Overseeing all operations including - sales, stock, inventory, merchandising and store presention.
- Ensuring a profitable and high-performing store
- HR Functions - Performance reviews, termination & recruitment with the support from the Head Office
- Ensuring you are up to date with the latest in watch technology and fashion
- Hosting VIP Events and building the brand in the Queenstown region

**About you**:

- Must have 3+ years senior leadership experience ideally within luxury retail or selling high-end products or services (retail or hospo)
- Passionate and invested in the latest watch fashion and technology
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- High level of commercial and business acumen
- Immaculate presentation and professionalism
- Ability/flexibility to spend 6+ mths training across Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne
