We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team in Highbrook, Auckland. In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Supervisor. You will be tasked with managing/ organising inbound and outward orders, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring that orders are picked and packed to meet customer requirements. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency and health and safety processes. **We have Permanent and fixed-term positions - Monday to Friday, Day Shift ( Start and finishing times to be discussed in an interview)**

- **Team Player**: Work collaboratively with team members, and share knowledge and ideas to achieve set goals/targets together.
- **Leadership**: Take ownership and lead to ensure tasks and objectives are done. Listen to all team ideas and suggestions encouraging diverse viewpoints, then make balanced decisions accordingly.
- Strong numerical knowledge and computer literacy skills
- Health and Safety knowledge
- 3PL industry experience
