**_The role/Te mahi_**
As a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Management, you will work alongside academic staff to deliver teaching and provide support to students.
You will be responsible for the administration and tutoring of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as co-ordination of a team of tutors.
The department teaches undergraduate majors in Management, International Business and Human Resource Management as well as masters’ degrees in International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Business.
Additional consideration will be given for demonstrated potential in advancing mātauranga Māori/Te Ao Māori perspectives in the study of business and management in general.
**_Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako_**
- A Masters’ degree.
- Demonstrated teaching/tutoring experience at tertiary level.
- Commitment to being a team member and a track record of working collegially.
- Experience of administration and co-ordination.

Therefore, applicants should also be willing to engage:
- In research and teaching that support engagement of students and staff with te ao Māori, te reo Māori and mātauranga Māori.
