Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging position within an environment that will stretch your skills and offer you ongoing support?
We are seeking an Administrator who is enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and committed. Ideally you will have extensive experience working in a Health care environment and be able to provide a high level of administrative support to our Regional Operations Director Health.
Covering our Southern Region you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services including; technical report writing, preparation of documentation, minute taking, database management, and travel bookings as well as general administration. There will also be occasions when you are required to travel to, and work in our Prisons within Southern Region.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A sound working knowledge of computerised systems and keyboard skills
- An ability to develop and improve efficiencies
- Familiarity with health systems and medical terminology
- Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, in both verbal and written
- Experience of minute taking
- Excellent organisational skills

This is a part time role for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The salary range for this position is $46,041 - $64,999 pro rata per annum dependent on skills and experience that you bring to the role.
