**About the role**
We are looking for a part-time administrator to join our team in the Christchurch Studio, supporting our Southern Studios (Christchurch, Queenstown and Wellington). You will assist the Project Systems Manager in assuring our design teams are given the project administration support needed to successfully deliver their projects to our internal quality standards. The purpose of this role is to ensure the administrative functions associated with the day-to-day running of the Christchurch studio are undertaken in an efficient and accurate manner to enable Ignite to achieve its business plan.

**About you**
We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated go-getter who will want to make this role their own. We are looking for you to bring the following attributes:

- Minimum of two years experience in coordinating office administrative functions and previous accounts receivable experience.
- An ability to forge strong relationships and respectfully work closely with internal staff and external clients.
- A positive attitude coupled with proven top-notch customer service skills.
- A driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible/adaptable and have a collaborative team approach.
- An ability to think on your feet, make quality decisions, and a solutions approach to problems.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and deal with whatever comes your way in a calm, proactive, friendly, and professional manner.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities and shift gears quickly to changing needs/requirements.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software and administrative software systems
