**Purpose**

As a Retail Sales Representative, your role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service, sales support, and brand stoke to our customers at our Queenstown Brand Store.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**: Provide a high level of product knowledge and customer service

**Brand portrayal**:Providing a service to our customers that is uniquely ‘Mons’, seizing opportunities to fuel customers stoke on the brand

**Sales**:Process cash and eftpos sales and complete end of day cash ups where required

**Regular Tasks**
- Assist customers in locating product, correct sizing, and colourways
- Merchandising the store and replenishing stock on racks
- Using point of sale and eftpos systems for sales transactions
- Accurately count and balance cash register and receipts
- Communicate with Head Office team in Wanaka to provide product feedback and requests
- Continuously strive to reach sales targets
- Report back to manager on any product feedback from customers
- Keep the store tidy and clean
- Abide by health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other employees, and store visitors

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a retail or customer service roles
- Know and loves the Mons Royale brand
- Outgoing and friendly attitude
- Proactive and organised
- Cash-handling experience
