**About the role**

Join the Dulux team as our Trade Sales Representative based in Palmerton North. Use your strong sales and relationship-building skills to drive growth in our trade business.

**Responsibilities**
- Be out on the road calling on our large customer base of trade painters and applicators from throughout the region.
- Building positive relationships, gaining sales, and influencing customer buying habits of our premium paints and coatings products
- Plan for the days ahead - booking sales meetings, reviewing sales reports
- Develop individual gap plans to identify growth opportunities in a structured and targeted manner.

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations and a natural talent for developing relationships. You will be motivated by chasing and closing a sale and ideally will have experience with:

- B2B sales, including cold calling and new client generation
- Strong communications skills and commercial acumen
- Trade-related industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. The right enthusiasm for the role is key, we can teach you the rest
