Te Tūranga | The Role
Our transformation journey is at the early stages and will be continuous in response to the highly dynamic financial markets that we regulate. Our constructive relationships and collaboration with industry and other regulatory agencies, combined with our ability to remain agile and focused on the right things will heighten our impact.
With a strong foundation in place due to the transformation expertise we already have on board during our establishment phase, we've created our centre of change delivery expertise, which includes our change delivery, change management, design, business improvement and knowledge management teams. A Technology Delivery team works closely with Transformation on delivering our technology-based change.
This is a permanent opportunity, designed to provide high quality delivery across a range of initiatives to ensure our strategic and business change initiatives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

He kōrero mōu | About you
You will bring your proven delivery experience where you have been managing the delivery of a range of both simple and complex business change initiatives using agile approaches. Along with this, you will be able to think strategically with a solutions focused mindset to ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives.
With your excellent communication skills, you will be able support key stakeholders across the business to deliver initiatives aligned to our strategic and operational priorities.
