Senior Research Consultant at PerceptivePurpose of the role
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day project and client management. This will involve project planning and research design, quality delivery and coordination of other members of the team. You will be helping clients to better understand their businesses, and using data and insight to drive decisions.
You will work with other members of project teams and across a number of projects and clients at once. You will have the support of senior leadership to guide you and you will help mentor and guide the junior researchers.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be involved with all aspects of the research process from start to finish. You'll be:

- Understanding clients
- their business needs and strategy.
- Analysis
- interpretation of survey results, delivery of key findings and insights, providing recommendations based on research results.
- Preparation and presentation of reports
- You will help analyse data and produce compelling data visualisations, reports and presentations.
- Mentoring and growing junior researchers
- working in tandem with the Head of Research and Research Directors to address gaps and upskill staff, focusing on developing our junior team.
- Running projects
- working with the business director to help design project methodology before the project is commissioned. Managing projects once they have been commissioned.

**Requirements**:

- Client-facing research/insights experience within an agency environment.
- You're strategic with an analytical mind.
- Exposure to quantitative research is essential, exposure to qualitative research is preferred, but not necessary.
- Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint & Excel are second nature to you.
- Statistical software experience (Q Software preferably).
- Collaborate with business directors to ensure client's needs & expectations are met
