Our marketing team highlight what makes ASB so special, different, and innovative to our customers. We are now on the hunt for a Direct Campaign Marketing evangelist to join our Business Banking Marketing Team, to design and deliver connected customer conversations.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
If you love multi-channel marketing automation - we are looking for you. In this role, you'll produce campaigns to customers through a suite of digital and direct channels, working closely with digital, creative and analyst teams. Critical to this role will be experience in, and understanding of, best practice data-driven direct marketing communications, to deliver excellent outcomes to both our customers and ASB. You will drive projects and execute communication strategies using experimentation and optimisation to deliver the best results.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
You will bring to the role at least three years of experience in data-driven marketing, ideally through marketing automation. An ability to creative compelling creative, and to develop new customer communications and customer journey is essential, reaching our customers at the right time, with the right message. This position would suit someone with passion and enthusiasm to achieve great customer outcomes and in turn, well performing and successful direct marketing communications.

Central to the success of our marketing automation platform at ASB is a core belief that all direct marketing should identify and respond to a genuine customer need, so a curiosity in what makes people tick is a must - as is a passion for delving into the data.
