The Role You Could Play
- We are looking for a passionate team member to help lead our MECCA Sylvia Park store in NZ as a Full-Time Zone Manager.

Our Zone Managers support the management team with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience by being responsible for the customers and products in their zone. In this role, you’ll work with Hosts, Specialists and other Zone Managers to create the ultimate customer experience through upholding the MECCA values and consequently enabling customers to look and feel their best. You will work closely with your Floor and Store Managers to build a highly effective team that is able to provide our customers with the most MECCA-mazing in-store experience.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Zone Managers include:
- Helping customers with all queries and offering desirable solutions-
- Communicating with fellow Zone Managers to navigate customers seamlessly between zones-
- Working with team members to ensure we are able to provide customers with a quality customer experienceWhat You Will Bring- Strong interpersonal and team development skills-
