We are hiring for a close-knit, locally owned, well established Kiwi company based in Glenfield that supports and appreciates dedicated staff. You will be installing, maintaining and developing waterworks and advanced water systems for commercial businesses of Auckland with this water reticulation company based in Glenfield.

The company has development plans in place to help you progress, whether that’s gaining licences, tickets, or qualifications. If you put in the mahi, you’ll get the treats.

In this role, you will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to ensure work is done safely and efficiently. The role is around 7:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday, medium physical work. This is an excellent entry-level role to the plumbing/civil and commercial waterworks industry This will be a progression focused role, within a team that really supports your growth and development.

Ideally you will be;
- Reasonably physically fit
- Consistent and reliable
- Able to have a laugh while getting work done
- Be eager to learn and upskill
- Class 1 MANUAL license and own car

**Job Role**:
Manual excavation
Reinstatement work
Operating small plant and equipment
Assisting trained crew with maintenance on the water network
Communicating with skilled team-members, supervisors and machine operators
Learning as much as you can by asking questions
