**Finesse doesn't simply build houses. We create spaces and places that people love to live in. That's our ultimate goal - and our starting point. We approach every step in our process with that end result in mind: enhancing life and enabling communities to thrive.**
**Are you a residential building construction expert?**
**Looking for an exciting newly created opportunity to make your own?**
Sitting on the senior leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO, we're on the lookout for a dynamic carpentry leader. This important and strategic role is responsible for developing the carpentry business plan which will align with the overall Finesse strategy. You will lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and timely projects while also forecasting and mitigating potential issues to ensure that agreed targets are successfully met or exceeded.
This role is responsible for ensuring our projects are resourced correctly as well as having a business development element where you will be actively building relationships and planning alternative projects to keep the team's pipeline of work full. We have a range of large residential construction project sites across Auckland and build high-volume multi-storey dwellings at pace. So, if you think you have what it takes to deliver beautiful high-quality homes on time and in a safe manner, we want to hear from you
But it's not just about the work; it's about being part of a team that values courage, making lives better, and doing the right thing. From advising on building plans to ensuring impeccable construction, you'll play a pivotal role in creating beautiful spaces for affordable living.
In this hands-on role, your attention to detail isn't just a skill - it's the key to transforming concepts into tangible, thriving spaces that make lives better. Welcome to a day where your skill and expertise shape the future of Finesse's new projects.
