We’ve grown at an incredible rate in a short 3 years - with strong backing, even greater things are in play, we’re currently recruiting (for an August start) for an experienced Agency Account Executive to join our passionate, retail obsessive and energetic team to grow our take our retail media proposition and influence to greater new heights

**Job Description**:
As our Agency Account Executive, bringing your knowledge, passion and expertise in media and advertising solutions, this role will see you equally be in the creative detail of campaigns, delivering exceptional campaign experiences plus proactively growing our revenue and share of our agency portfolio, all working closely with our experienced media sales and partnerships team in creating best in class media plans that will achieve the best client outcomes for our agency partners and their clients.

You’ll be directly involved in the end to end process - from helping proactively grow our sales pipeline with advertising agencies - responding to briefs, negotiating campaign budgets and closing opportunities, to media planning and strategy development - formulate media strategies including the right mix of advertising channels to align with client’s marketing goals right through to campaign set ups, optimization and campaign analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking a high performing self-starter - your attitude, passion and drive will speak volumes Your strength in client focused outcomes, sales, passion for media and curiosity to find the innovative ways to deliver the best results will shine through your work. Combine your prior media experience plus thirst for what’s new and best in class to keep ahead of the curve at all times. We will rely on your excellent communication and collaboration skills, as this role will see you collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll have:

- Prior experience working with advertising agencies - retail media experience a bonus
- Understanding of the NZ media landscape and media planning principles and advertising solutions
- Strong stakeholder & project management skills
- Excellent client-facing and relationship skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and spirit, with desire to be part of building a best in class offering
