The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience._**

**_ This is a full-time position with a minimum expected week of 30 hours per week._**

**_ Due to the nature of hosptiality, we are a 7-day business, shifts will vary from morning to night and days will vary._**

You will be responsible for preparing food, such as hamburgers, pizzas, fish and chips, using grills and deep-fat fryers. You will be involved with washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking. Cooks will also be responsible for cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils and getting stuck in with the team These are developmental roles with the aim to expand on your cookery skills, as well as management skills, so as to one day run the kitchen.

**We are searching for**:

- A minimum of 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen
- Passionate about cookery and searching for development
- Ideally, experience in a similar role
- Proven communication skills
- Willingness to be hands-on during key service times - weekends and evenings included
- An ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
- High personal standards passed on to the entire kitchen team
