**About the role**
Data Entry / Investigators work on newly received debt files before our Resolutions Team picks up the file. Daily duties in this role involves online searches / research, performing basic tracing functions in order to enrich and verify Customer Information supplied to us.

EC Credit Control’s 70,000-stong Client base means that speed and accuracy are highly important. A high skill level within excel would be an advantage. This is a 40 hour per week role based in our Napier CBD office.
