Our specialised team within Ipsos provides end to end customer and employee experience (XM) consulting services, from program and strategy design, implementation and ongoing management of Experience Management (XM) programs. We have a range of best in class qualitative and quantitative software and analytics tools that enable us to help organisations capture feedback and understand it quickly.

**THIS OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated junior Project Executive to join our Customer and Employee Experience team. The scope of the role covers all aspects of experience management, with a focus on Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee projects. The Project Executive (PE) works closely with Research Directors and Service Line leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed specifications, as well as with clients directly to understand their requirements so appropriate solutions can be designed and implemented.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- End to end coordination of assigned projects as the day-to-day contact.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Resolve any queries or issues to ensure there is no - or mínimal - client impact.
- Conduct data collection activities, reviewing questionnaires, preparing stimulus material, scripting and administering surveys on Qualtrics.
- Execute and proactively monitor programs while maintaining open feedback with Directors and Research Managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, data, and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, CX/EX advisory and more traditional researchers to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment. Assist in preparing content for reports and presentations.

**YOUR PROFILE**

To be successful in this role, we are looking for;
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultative in nature, ensuring you listen and understand before making recommendations.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Curiosity, and results-driven. Experience working with platforms such as Medallia or Qualtrics is not essential but would be considered advantageous
