**About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga**

The Advisor, Sector Care Records will contribute to the development of recordkeeping practices and standards across the sector, including supporting new approaches to retention and disposal. You will also offer:

- An understanding of care records, as well as relevant legislation such as the Public Records Act (2005), the Archives NZ Information and Records Standard (2016), the Privacy Act (2020), and the Official Information Act (1982).
- Practical experience in customer support.
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.

We’re passionate about our work and the way we deliver it. Each day brings variety - from the systems we use to the information we manage and the people we collaborate with. This role offers a great opportunity to build experience in a dynamic and complex records and information management environment.
