Mujia Limited trading as Colon Care Centre, provides drug-free and dignified colon hydrotherapy to promote optimal bowel function and overall wellbeing. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Carer to join our team. As a Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients on their wellness journey. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at a reasonable market rate.

**Key responsibility**
- Assessment of new clients prior to treatment, answering client’s questions, giving professional advice and guidance regarding their health issues
- To set up a treatment plan and to motivate clients to achieve their health goals.
- To assist clients on dietary requirements and nutrition according to their health needs and conditions.
- To help set up and assist during colonic hydrotherapy sessions, ensuring clients are comfortable and all equipment is properly prepared.
- To assist hydrotherapists to treat the client’s health in a holistic way and by using colon hydrotherapy methods and all the other services offered by the clinic.
- To provide clients with abdominal massage to help releasing during the hydrotherapy treatments.
- To provide support during the treatment and attend to client needs
- To follow strict cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Ensure safety measures are in place to protect both clients and staff, always adhering to health regulations.
- To provide maintenance to the colonic machines and all the other equipment according to the centre’s policy

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Level 4 or above qualification in a health-related field.
- First aid certificate renewable every two years
- Relevant working experience
- Commitment for rendering health care to the clients in a calm and relaxed environment
- Ability to adapt to change and to work effectively under pressure
- Good organization and prioritizing skills
- Commitment to clients’ safety and maximum benefit to be derived from colon hydrotherapy sessions and all the other services offered by the clinic

**Other details regarding the job**:

- Working location: Kingsland, Auckland
- Hours 30- 45 hours per week (4 to 6 days may include Saturdays & Sundays)
- Remuneration: Competitive market rates, with consideration of prior experience. Approximately $28.5-35 per hour
